Managing Automotive Projects

Successful projects need professional project management especially in automotive. Examples shoe us, if the project can design to a full control of the hidden risks and chances, projects cost can reduce and project time can be stabilized. The challenge of typical automotive projects is the integration process with all the needed instruments to activate and control project partners andd responsibilities.

Objective of the Seminar and Workshop is to learn from a practical view, how to design, plan, control and improve the total process in bigger projects. Projects like new factory sites, new manufacturing or logistics sites and processes.
